Future Toppers operates a strict no-refund policy on all purchases including online courses, test series, study materials, and any other digital products or services offered on our platform.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All payments made are non-refundable
• No cancellation requests will be entertained after payment
• No partial refunds will be given for unused portions of any course
• Change of mind or non-usage of the course is not a valid reason for refund

2. Digital Product Nature

All our products are digital in nature. Once access is granted to course content, study material, or test series — the product has been delivered in full. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to process returns or refunds once access has been provided.

3. Before You Purchase

We highly encourage every student to:

• Watch our free YouTube content to understand our teaching approach
• Read all course details, syllabus, and inclusions carefully
• Reach out to us on WhatsApp or Telegram with any questions before buying
• Attend a free demo class if available before enrolling

4. Technical Issues

If you face any technical difficulty accessing your purchased content, please contact our support team immediately. We will resolve all technical issues promptly. Technical issues do not qualify as grounds for a refund — we will ensure you get full access to what you purchased.

5. Duplicate Payment

In the rare case of a duplicate or accidental payment (same order charged twice), please contact us within 48 hours with your payment proof. After verification, the duplicate amount will be resolved. This is the only exception considered on a case-by-case basis.
